Special rate for universities: €480.00 plus VAT

Group rate: From the second participant of the same company there is €100 discount for each participant. (this does not apply to people attending from the same university, who already qualify for a discounted rate).          

The fee includes attendance of the conference and the evening event on July 21, catering during the conference and the conference handouts.

Congress Handouts:

If you are unable to attend the 2020 Lightweight Design Summit but would like to order the handouts for the talks and presentations, simply select only the handouts in the registration form shown below and we will supply them for a price of €295.00 plus VAT.

Payment and Cancellation:

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the start of the event. After this point, the full participation fee will be payable. The incurred conference fees must be paid immediately by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice, with no deductions. Of course, if the registered person is unable to attend then somebody else can attend in their place. Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing.
